Vampiress Review: "Dracula's Orgy of the Damned"

The Gist: A woman who's family was killed by Dracula looks to seek revenge on the vampire count.

Female Vampire Factor: There are quite a few random background vampiresses throughout the film.  None of them being important enough to have names but basically just existing to have random boobs to show occasionally.

Final Opinion: Can't really recommend this film for any reason other than if you're a fan of low budget camcorder films.  While the main story isn't horrid most of the film as mentioned is shot on a camcorder with very little to no lighting so a lot of it is literally too dark to know what's happening.  There's also sound issues where at times the background music and sound effects drown out the dialogue.  I should also mention the Dracula story only accounts for the first hour of the film.  The last half hour is a completely different story about two girls going into a town to visit Draculas castle that end up being hunted by a werewolf. I give it a Vampire Beauty Rating of 2 out of 5.

Vampiress XXX Review: "Dracula in a Womens Prison"

The Gist: A woman goes to a corrupt third world country in search for her sister who was wrongfully incarcerated at a womens prison controlled by vampires.

Female Vampire Factor: Despite the title the vampirism is few and far between.  All the prison guards are female vampires but the only time you see them fang out is during prison break scenes just prior to being offed. 

Also the occasional inmate does turn like Franca who the head guard Perez gets to feed on her cell mate.

In the big plot twist the main protagonist Elizabeths sister who she spends the film looking for is revealed to have been turned as well.

and in a running theme if a woman shows her fangs in this film, she's not going to make make it long.

By the end of the film all the inmates have been turned so there's that but the rule of thumb still unfortunately stands.

Final Opinion: This film doesn't know whether it wants to be a skinamax film or a dramatic horror.  Funny thing is the dramatic portions are actually pretty respectable with a pretty well fleshed out back story, it's the horror and action parts that are pretty cheesy and horribly acted to a Seduction Cinema degree. Much to my surprise this is part 2 of a trilogy with the first dealing with werewolves and the third which the ending of this film sets up where one of the surviving inmates is "Dr. Victoria Frankenstein" and she devices a plan to use the bodies of the inmates killed by the vampires to create a monster.  I give this film a Vampire Beauty Rating of 3 out of 5.  It's a cheesy film full of fake boobs, gratuitous lesbianism and sexy costume.  Not much to watch for other than that.

Vampiress XXX Review: "Sex Vampire Terror Hospital"

The Gist:  After a vampire bites a nurse in a hospital, she turns and sets her sites on a male patient.

Female Vampire Factor: The idol of this JAV film is Anri Mizuna.

In the beginning she has weird dreams of herself as a vampires giving a man a blow job.

She is then confronted at work by one of the doctors who seduces her and after having sex with her reveals himself as a vampire and bites her.

Nurse Mizuna then shows up in a patients room where she extracts semen from the man via oral sex and collects it into a tube.

Later she summons the man telepathically to her where her dream from earlier in the movie becomes reality.

The film ends with a barely visible fang shot of Nurse Mizuna

as well as a cliff hanger where the doctor from earlier handing the vial of semen to a female vampire with a notice that "Queen of Sex Vampire" would be "comming" up soon.  A movie I reviewed HERE.

Final Opinion: Sadly this one is not up to par with most vampire Japanese adult videos as Mizuna only has a couple scenes post turn and the cover of the DVD is the best shot of her fangs.  I give this a Vampire Beauty Rating of 3 out of 5.  The sex scenes regardless of lack of fangs are very sexy so it is definitely still watchable.

Vampires Review: "House of Frankenstain 97"

The Gist: A Detective with the help of Frankenstein's monster must save a woman from a vampire.  Unknowing to both him and the woman that she is a werewolf.

Female Vampire Factor: While the Vampire "Chrispian Grimes" does have a female henchman at a night club he owns who works as the bartender

 the only female vampire who fangs out in the film is Graces (aka the films damsel in distress) roommate Felicity played by former CSI star Jorja Fox.

In the film the vampire Grimes turns her in order to have her keep tabs on his love interest Grace. When Grimes realizes that Grace only has eyes for the detective sent to protect her he sends Felicity to finish him off.  She does not make it out of the confrontation though as she gets staked by the paranormal expert who was advising detective Coyle.

Final Opinion:  This was an NBC made for TV mini-series based on a film of the same title from 1944 which unfortunately I have not seen yet to compare.  With the above scenes being the only female vampirism in an entire mutli-part mini series this one gets a Vampire Beauty Rating of 1 out of 5.  While Grace is a werewolf  there is no real transformation as werewolves in this film are shape shifters. On top of that all the above vampire scenes are very quick fang flashes. The film is more crime drama than horror overall.  Somewhat like Dark Shadows with less vampirism.

Vampiress Review: "Vampire Vlad"

The Gist: A vampire goes through somewhat of a mid-life crisis dealing with relationship problems and wanting kids.

Female Vampire Factor: Technically there are no female vampires in the series but the main character is played by the shows creator Kristen Lucas who obviously isn't male.

Final Opinion: The series starts out ok but then devolves into bad slapstick jokes.  Episode 1 pretty much is the best episode of the series which revolves around Vlad and his girlfriend breaking up.  From there you get awkward experiences like Vlad at yoga, Vlad at Karaoke, Vlad looking for the product of his sperm donation and Vlad trying to fit in at a college party.  Most of the jokes revolve on "him" taking figurative language literal.  I give it a Vampire Beauty Rating of 1 out of 5.

Vampiress Review: "Age of the Living Dead"

The Gist: During a vampire apocalypse a young female vampire falls in love with a human and decides to help the surviving humans against her kind.

Female Vampire Factor: So since half the country is vampires you see a lot of background female vampires.  Especially members of the council.

Only two get real screen time as part of the main story.  You have Marie (Eve Mauro)

Marie's "daughter" is the female vampire that's gone missing to go help the humans.  It's later found out that Marie is the human commander Gerry's wife and the mother to his son Adam that they believed had been killed.  That technically makes Yvonne and her love interest Adam adopted half brother and sister,

Then you have Yvonne (Nicola Posener)

She doesn't feed on humans and is genetically engineered to look like one and can walk in the sun. She is the only main character vampire that fangs out in the series and she only does it when she's being cured of her vampirism in episode 5.

Otherwise only one other femme vamp fangs out in the entire series.  A nameless vampire soldier that attacks Gerry in episode 5.

Final Opinion:  The is a very good show to be honest.  Vampires have taken over the eastern United States and the remaining humans live on the west with no one living in between which is now known as "no mans land".  The vampires have developed a way to synthesize blood so instead of living up to a truce with the humans they've decided to exterminate them. The vampiress Yvonne wants to help save the humans as she does not want to be a vampire. While all this is happening foreign governments are deciding whether to cut all losses and just nuke the country.

From a vampiress standpoint you aren't going to get far as seeing any female vampirism since it's more of a conflict show.  Basically episode 5 gives you all the female fangs of the entire series so I give it a Vampire Beauty Rating of 2 out of 5.
