The Gist: A guy haunted by the memory of his missing girlfriend goes in search for her in a city overrun by vampires.
Female Vampire Factor: As the premise talks about the city the film takes place in is supposed to be overrun by vampires. Since it's a low budget film that translates to one main vampire having 3 vampire hench people with two of those being women.
(Spoiler Alert) The aforementioned girlfriend of the films protagonist Christine when she's found is revealed herself to now have been turned into a vampire. When Sam (the main character) finds her the head vampire tries to convince her to feed on Sam.
She refuses and from that point on in the film Sam's goal is to find the vampire that turned her in hopes that killing him restores her humanity.
Final Opinion: This is a low budget film made in 1993. In other words it's barely visible since you're dealing with no real lighting that's on a film that's shot on video tape that has since been transferred to digital. .
That might be a positive though as everything about this is pretty corny and amateur to a very "scream at your TV at the overall ridiculousness of the situations" degree. Think of it like watching those really bad infomercials with people dropping food on their heads to sell you some product you don't really need because real people aren't that dumb.
I give it a Vampire Beauty Rating of 2 out of 5. Good concept and bad execution.
