The video itself only has a slight gothic vibe to it and isn't as blatant as for example the video for Sumni's "Full Moon". Despite that it IS supposed to be a vampire theme. This is further driven home by one of the promotional posters for the song (below).
Either way you've got no fangs, no biting and some brief red eyes. I would almost call it disappointing if not for the fact that it's still 5 really attractive women.
