"Volume UP" is the first single from the 2012 album of the same name from South Korean girl group 4Minute.

The video itself only has a slight gothic vibe to it and isn't as blatant as for example the video for Sumni's "Full Moon".  Despite that it IS supposed to be a vampire theme.  This is further driven home by one of the promotional posters for the song (below).

Either way you've got no fangs, no biting and some brief red eyes.  I would almost call it disappointing if not for the fact that it's still 5 really attractive women.

In this parody video provided by SMOSH they delve into the question of what if TV shows were real.
Two of the shows they go into are The Vampire Diaries (1:47 mark)

Basically the Gist,  Hot women are going to try to kill you while telling you how hot they are and I'm cool with that.
