Female vampires once ruled the world. Now they are overlooked for glittering guys with big hair. It's time to point out why the female of the species should be the center of attention.
The Gist: A group of friends spend time at a house supposedly haunted by a vampire as a birthday adventure just to find out the stories are more true than they thought.
Clarification: So if you've seen 90% of vampire softcore porn this is basically just the hardcore version of that (down to the same Los Angeles "castle" that's featured in most of these films). As a matter of fact this film actually shares almost the same exact plot of 2004's "Emmanuelle vs Dracula" with only a few tweaks (instead of a bachelorette party it's a birthday party and the decoy head vamp is a female in this film). Basically girls show up with guys to scary house and then systematically get bit and turned one by one by an evil vampire.
Selling Point: If you're into threesomes, this movie is full of them including one lesbian 3 way.
Female Vampire Factor: As I mentioned in the clarification almost all the females in the film get turned. Unfortunately despite this there isn't much vampiric stuff going on in the film. In fact it's REALLY easy to miss so this is as much of a "heads up" as much as it is a review. If you watch the movie it's there, you just have to be really patient. Anyway here is your vampire cast.
Audrey Bitoni
Gianna Lynn & Amber Rayne
Ava Rose
Due the the extremely slow pace of the films plot progression it works a lot more as a straight porn than a vampire film. For that I give this a Vampire Beauty rating of 3 out of 5.
If there's anything more elusive than the vampire supermodel it might just be the vampire playmate. Here are some examples of the Playboy playmates who've bared the fangs (each picture leads to an example of their playboy spread).
Lee Anne Vamp
Cosplay model Lee Anna Vamp isn't a stranger to the fangs by any means (she has several gallerias up on this site alone) so herphoto shoot for Playboy.com as Vampirella should have been no surprise.
Samantha Martinez
Pretty much an unknown at the time the latin model won her episode on the 3rd season of the Playboy channel series "Playboy's Sexy Girls Next Door". Her prize? A sexy Playboy photo shoot and video dressed as a vampire seducing an unsuspecting female.
The Playboy Playmate of the month in April 1997 made quite a career for herself with her clothes on in the world of soap opera's which she does to this day. Prior to her current run on General Hospital she played the role of Olivia Locke on the shows half hour spinoff "Port Charles". A show which during it's final seasons saw the town of Port Charles infested with vampires. One of which being Olivia.
Weber who was introduced in season 3 of the Howard Stern produced Baywatch Parody "Son of the Beach"became a vampire briefly in the eighth episode of her run. The former WWE diva had her laptop stolen in 2012 which had held some unreleased nude pics of her shot by the magazine. To keep anyone from benefiting from having those pics shereleased them herself publically shortly afterword.
The Gist: After their car breaks down in the middle of nowhere a group of guys are invited to a party full of sexy women to use the phone and call a tow truck. Little do they know the women are blood thirsty vampires who have other intentions for them.
Clarification: Not much to clarify. Basically it's a straight forward adult film that has just enough storyline to not be considered straight sex. Basically each guy in the group gets a female who takes them to a different room in the house, has sex with them, fangs out and sucks them dry. In other words a hardcore porn version of Beverly Hills Vamp without the comedy.
Selling Point: Every scene ends with fangs
Female Vampire Factor: All the females in the film are vampires so you won't be disappointed there. Each has their own distinct personality trait but all are bloodthirsty killers. The girls in fang appearance order are...
While it's not the best storyline based vampire porn you'll find as it barely qualifies as that it certainly isn't the worst and the women are definitely attractive. For that I give this film a Vampire Beauty Rating of 4 out of 5.
We're a little over a month away from the final season of the hit HBO series "True Blood" based on the Sookie Stackhouse novels so as per norm HBO has begun promoting the series which starts it's final episodes on June 22nd via it's website and YouTube (below).
The series final season will have the vampires and humans in a battle for survival against a group of feral zombie vampires infected via compromised synthetic blood.

The Adventures of Superboy was a live action syndicated television show which aired from 1988 to 1992 starring John Haymes Newton playing Clark Kent coming into his own during his college years. Most episodes followed the regular adolescent superhero premise of Clark trying to juggle a personal life around his super hero life and despite this taking place prior to his time in Metropolis similar to its successor "Smallville" featured many prominent characters from the comics in younger form.
It wasn't out of the ordinary that the show would swerve away from typical comic book villains and have an episode or two dealing with the supernatural. For example in the season one episode "Succubus" 1980's sex pot Sybil Danning played a super hot cougar who happened to be a Succubus stealing the life force from men (below).
The episode "Run Dracula, Run" happens to be another of the supernatural based episodes. The backstory is explained earlier in the second season in the episode "Young Dracula" when they meet Bryan Shelly who is a Damphir who is trying to create a serum to hold his vampire side at bay (Yep just like Vampirella has) which he succeeds in doing. In this episode the serum gets stolen from him resulting in Shelly going full Dracula on his friends including turning Lana into his vampire bride (below).
The NBC fall lineup was announced earlier in the week and amongst the shows who got the ax was the Friday night vampire drama "Dracula".
Dracula which starred Irish actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers as the Hungarian count rebuilding his life as an American entrepreneur living in London (confusing right?) debuted last fall to a lot of hype and high ratings but failed to live up to that hype and was downright bashed by many critics followed by viewership regularly falling as the weeks went on. With the vast popularity of the vampire drama amongst the female demographic how exactly did this show go wrong?
IF IT ISN'T BROKE FIX IT ANYWAY
This seemed to be the idea used with the plot of this show. The character "Dracula" has a following that spans almost a century and the idea of building a show around his love life should work as that is what is currently popular amongst fans of the genre (see Twilight, Vampire Diaries, True Blood and the return of Anne Rices "Lestat"). But instead the show seemed to spend more time building the character as a hero and political figure. Over 5 million viewers mostly women tuned in on October 25th for the debut of the show to see a sexy young Dracula swoon, slobber and bite women and instead they got a show about POLITICS.
Dracula spent most episodes having flashbacks, complaining, performing experiments to try to cure his vampirism and attending board meetings. Imagine Vampire Diaries but instead of all the relationship rollercoasters and supernatural creature fighting it was an hour of the mystic fall kids worrying about their grades. While there was tons of room for improvement in a season 2 it really didn't feel like the plot was moving along fast enough to save the show and low and behold it got cancelled.
THINGS THAT COULD HAVE HELPED THE SHOW - Stick with the core Dracula values: Dracula wasn't an environmentalist and civil rights activist and if he was it wouldn't be for moralistic reasons. As goofy as this may sound he should have been patterned more like the 1990's teen drama Dracula: The Series which had a similar plot but took place in a more modern era.
- More eye candy: Dracula deep down was a love sick puppy who collected women for his amusement but only had sites for one. If this show was to delve into his everyday life the guy should have been a womanizing playboy. By this point in the Dracula history he should've had enough vampire brides to make his own Robert Palmer video.
Instead not only is he brideless but the only person who lives with him is Renfield (who's now a big black guy from the US).
- Turn on a light: I realize that the show takes place pre Thomas Edison and one of the main plot points is that Dracula was pushing to invent a source of self sustaining energy (have I mentioned NBC Universal is owned by General Electric yet?) but it's a major problem if on a high definition television no matter how much you adjust your TV you can still barely see what's going on. Any of the scenes at night (IE most of the show) might as well been a radio show.
In the end another one bites the dust which we should be used to by now (Moonlight, the Gates, Dark Shadows remake,). On the bright side The Vampire Diaries, the Originals and From Dusk Till Dawn have all been renewed, there's still one more season left of True Blood which starts in June and FX debuts The Strain this summer.
The one thing I will give them is they went out on a positive note as the last 10 minutes of the shows existence saw the ONLY female main character who gets turned. In the series finale episode "Let There be Light" Lucy (Katie McGrath) gets bitten earlier in the episode by an angry Grayson for moving in on his territory (yep she tries to go lesbo on Mina and when Mina rejects her sleeps with her fiance Jonathon for revenge). The first person Lucy sees when she wakes up is her mother and the result is below.
Yeah it's like shooting off the best fireworks after everyone's already gone home and are in bed but at least it happened.
