Preview for Season 6 of "True Blood"

Here is the official preview for Season 6 of the HBO series "True Blood" which premieres Sunday June 16th @ 9PM Eastern.

A quick recap: The last thing we saw at the end of Season 5 (outside of the super escape attempt of all the main characters from the Vampire Authority headquarters) was a nice make out session between Pam and Tara and you can't really go wrong with vampire lesbianism (at least in my mind you can't).

Outside of that there is that whole thing with Bill being possessed by the spirit of a hot naked vampiress.

and lets not forget that the season starting with Jessica doing this....

In reality season 6 will probably be based around the humans new found hatred for vampires and finding out who "owns" Sookie but as you can see above, the side stuff is normally WAY more interesting than the main story anyway.  If you're not familiar with the kind of eye candy there has been on this show check out my rundown HERE.  IF you need to catchup with season 5 before the start of Season 6 it's just been released on DVD which you can purchase below.

Trailer for NBC's new fall series "Dracula"

Courtesy of NBC here is the trailer for their upcoming new fall series "Dracula"

There is a quick shot of what seems to be Dracula's Brides here so it's safe to say they should be involved in the show (more than likely a flashback).  For more on potential female vampires on the series see my show preview HERE.

Vampiress XXX Review: This Isn't the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn The XXX Parody Part 2

The Gist: Bella and Edward must do what they can to protect now 18 year old daughter Renesmee from the Vultori

Clarification:  Much like "This Isn't Breaking Dawn: Part 1" it stands out from the original 3 as being a stand alone film and not just random sex scenes based on the film.  In fact it's better described as just a poorly acted version of the film but with every scene ending in sex.

Selling Point: For the first time in the series they finally put fangs on the character "Alice" (one of my main complaints with the previous installments of the series).

Female Vampire Factor:  I believe this is the only film of the Devils Film Twilight series that has a female vamp involved in every scene.  The character Renesmee is the only to not fang out but IMO she is also the least appealing of the females in the film so it's not a huge loss.  Much like the actual Twilight series there is really nothing remotely vampiric about it but works well if you're a fan of women with creepy red contact lenses.  Fangs are seen during the start of most scenes where the characters just kind of stand around staring at the camera but go away shortly after any dialogue is said.

Film Stills

Capri Anderson (Bella)

Dani Jensen (Jane)

Dillion Harper (Alice)

 Hope Howell (Renesmee)

This film gets a Vampire Beauty rating of 4 out of 5.  The scenes involving "Alice" and "Jacob" as well as the end scene between "Bella" and Edward" were very sexy and to finally give the "Alice" character fangs after so many films (and actresses) was a great way to end the series if you've seen them all.  Devils Films has done a great job of addressing what works and what doesn't as far as this series goes so I have to give them props for the attempt.

Vampiress Review: Blood Sisters

The Gist: A young coed and her room mate are targeted by a sorority of homicidal vampires to become it's newest members.

Clarification:  This is one of those bad movies that would show up on the USA Network at about 3 in the morning if NBC Universal didn't buy the network and use it as the outlet channel for Law and Order reruns.  The best warning I can give before attempting to watch this film is that I'm 95% sure it was accidentally edited out of order (I should mention that the version I saw was the 3D addition).  Not that it would really matter considering the story structure even if in order is all over the place though I've reviewed movies that are WAY less watchable than this with the same problem.   So when you get to things happening like a vampire both having a heart to heart in the bedroom with another vamp while having a fight in the kitchen with a victim trying to escape seemingly at the same time, you're inclined to give it a pass as by that point there really are no expectations for the film.

Selling Point:  Most feeding scenes are preceded by a sexy strip tease.

Female Vampire Factor:  By my count only 2 guys get actual purpose outside of being an immediate victim meaning that the majority of the cast is female.  All the vampires that get any screen time are women and unlike many low budget "Hey, we have a camera and a computer, lets make a film" style movies like this the women are at the WORST an 8 out of 10.   That means if you're easily distracted by hot girls then you'll hardly notice the ridiculous amount of bad acting and story flaws that makes this movie very comical unintentionally.

Eliza (above played by Deborah Huber) is the head vampiress of the sorority and also the oldest.   Despite us being told repeatedly in the film that she is the most dangerous of the group she actually does the least amount of killing as far as victims go and just kind of shows up for the scraps.  She can definitely be described as a snob and she's VERY bossy

The other two members of the sorority are Brandi (Anne Marie) and Rose (Phoebe Dollar).  Brandy comes off as a follower who pretty much does whatever she's told without question.  Rose on the other hand though just as slutty (these two are the ones who give naked strip shows throughout the film) seems to have either a conscience or just more logic to question whether they should be more careful in how they're feeding. Unfortunately for her that eventually puts her on Eliza's bad side.

Then we have our lovely coeds Melissa (Kerry Lui) and Tracy (Erica Howards).  Tracy is the one the group actually wants but Melissa just kind of tags along as she has nothing better to do since she comes off as a bit of a slacker (breaking every stereotype about Asian college students set by the Harold and Kumar film series).  I guess that comes into play after the two are initiated into the sorority and Tracy fights it while Melissa pretty much gives in immediately (below).
Though I don't condone irresponsible drinking, I've got to say that a pretty good drinking game to this movie would be to drink every time Tracy freaks out about something.  I don't know whether it's the acting or the character is written this way but she is just awkward.  Her reaction once she finds out that Melissa killed her "boyfriend" was easily the most funny and annoying thing I've every laid my eyes on (no matter what emotion the character seems to be dealing with it just comes off as whiny and nagging). I will give the film a Vampire Beauty Rating of 4 out of 5 as it has plenty of sex appeal but this is more of a film to watch if you enjoy laughing at absurdity.

Top 10 all time Vampire MILF's

This week the U.S. celebrated mothers day and in honor of that I've decided to put together a top ten list of who I believe are the hottest vampire mom's in television and cinema.

The mother of Santanico Pandamoniam, not only was she sexy but she taught her daughter to drink blood, give a great strip routine and become one of the greatest and sexiest vampire strippers in Mexico.  Not bad at all for the limited time they had together.

#9  Isobel Flemming (The Vampire Diaries)
The mother of show protagonist Elena Gilbert who was once thought to have died was herself outed in the shows second season as not only alive as a full functioning vampire but was working under the spell of a another vampire who looked exactly like her daughter.

#8 Elizabeth Barrington (Port Charles)
The mother of the late Allison Barrington (who was murdered by Caleb the vampire during General Hospitals recent revival of the Port Charles vampire storyline) was a lonely neglected filthy rich housewife who was looking for love after the disappearance of her husband.  She thought she found that in rocker "Steve Clay" (an alias of evil vampire Caleb).  Little did she know he was only using her to make his actual love interest Livvie jealous.  Unfortunately that means leaving a lonely horny middle aged house wife vampire around to seduce and turn any guy who might come close to looking at her.

#7 Countess Clarimonde (The Vampire Happening)
This one actually counts as a Great Grand Milf (which is her relation to the films main protagonist) but none the less when a great grandmother looks like this showing that much cleavage and sneaks out at night to seduce and suck on much younger men does it really matter how old she is?

#6 Claire Radcliffe (The Gates)
She has a lot of things in common with your stereotypical 1950's TV housewives.  She walks around a lot in house dresses and heels,  she's a stay at home mom, she packs her daughters lunch everyday.  She would fit right in with June Cleaver if it wasn't for the whole "sneaking out after dark to eat people" problem she had in the short lived night time drama.

#5 Dracula's Brides (Van Helsing)
The three sexy women did more than grocery shop for Dracula in the local village.  They were the mothers to his thousands of vampire bat creature offspring that Dracula spent the majority of the film attempting to produce and bring to undeath.

#4 Bella Swan (Twilight)
In the final scenes of the 4th installment of the vampire genre killing franchise "Breaking Dawn: part 1" Bella both becomes a mom, and a vampire in that order.  Despite my dislike of the film franchise I have to admit that vampire Bella is pretty hot.

#3 Magda Westenra (Young Dracula)
The mother of young Vlad and Ingrid on the CBBC teen television series is pretty much non existent in their lives but the few times she is around the one thing that's perfectly clear is that every guy within a 10 mile radius has their attention on her and only her.

#2 Vanessa (Blade)
Blades entire existence and goals in life were based on the belief that his mom had been raped and killed by a vampire.  All that came crashing down around him as he finds out toward the end of the first film of the franchise that his mom is alive (well undead), super hot and was a very WILLING participant in his conceiving.

#1 Selene (Underworld)
Selene became a mother in the 4th film of the Underworld franchise "Awakening" when she conceived her daughter "Eve" with her Vampire/Werewolf Hybrid boyfriend Micheal shortly after the events of the 2nd film "Evolution".

The Sexy Female Vamps of "Being Human" (North American Version)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1595680/

Being Human is a cable television series which has aired on the SyFy channel since 2011.  It is loosely based on a British series of the same title which has aired on BBC Three since 2008.

The story follows the lives of three beings of supernatural origin who through coincidental circumstances end up aligned with one another.  You have Sally (Meaghan Rath who is no stranger to playing a vampire as you can see HERE) who is a ghost stuck in the house she was murdered in which is now inhabited by two guys who both have the ability to see and communicate with her because of the fact that they are supernatural as well.  Then you have Josh a guy who was turned into a werewolf after a camping trip gone wrong who has attempted to run from his former life which ended up bringing him to Boston; and finally Aiden.  A tortured vampire who is attempting to change his ways and get away from the vampiric lifestyle which is how he met Josh (he saved him from being beat to death by his fellow vampires).

Though the story never strays too far from the main 3, as the series goes on it tends to have more and more issues that deal with their specific supernatural brethren.  For us that means that Aiden gets to meat up with more vampires from his past and then some (though not too often).

Sarah Allen (Rebecca Flynt)
Rebecca is a one night stand Aiden had.  Unbeknownst to him his maker took the liberty of turning her after Aiden got done draining her and in return Aiden got a stalker who believed the two could be together for all eternity and even turned a kid so they could have a family.  Being that she was a head case vampire life didn't turn out well for her emotionally and an end was put to her misery in the shows first season.

Nancy Ann Michaud (Jenny, Season 1: Episode 12)
Jenny was a hospital worker where Josh and Aiden work who was turned and recruited to kill Aiden in Season 2.  As what happens with most fledgling vampires in her situation they make short work of her.

 Deena Aziz (Mother)
Mother his the head of all vampires and is basically all business.  So much so that when her daughter exposes her fangs in front of humans in a jealous rage at a party sometime in the beginning of the 20th century she has her grounded (buried alive).  She eventually revives her in order to make her next in line to succeed her but ends up killing her when she in turn wouldn't kill Aiden.  Definitely not Carol Brady.  I'm thinking she got her mothering skills from alien queen Anna from the series "V".

Dichen Lachman (Suren, Season 2)
As described above Suren is the sexy yet unfortunate daughter of "Mother".  She had been underground for decades after feeding in public on the woman her boyfriend had been cheating on her with out of rage in the middle of a dinner party but was released in order to take over the vampires of Boston and eventually succeed Mother in leading all vampires with Aiden being selected as her #2 in command.  Eventually the two became lovers as well as business partners and things seemed to be going perfect until Mother banished Aiden and she was eventually forced to kill him.  Of course she didn't and she got a stake to her heart instead.

Oluniké Adeliyi (Cecilia)
Cecilia is a police officer that Saren turned in order to have someone on the inside of the police force.  She originally wanted Aiden to do it but he refused (maybe he's just not into black girls as she was coming on to him kind of hard).  Unfortunately like many fledgling vampires on shows like this she got cocky and was eventually captured and mauled to death by a pack of werewolves.

Janine Theriault (Blake, Season 3)
Blake is a vampire that Aiden meets at the hospital who is feeding on one of his patients regularly.  She tells them that the two have a deal in which she gets to feed on him regularly and in return she will turn him when he turns 18.  Problem is that she is taking too much and Aiden being the moralistic vamp he is steps in to save the kids life.

Jessica Malka (Sadie)
In Season 3: Episode 11: Sadie is a stripper who gives Josh a lapdance as Aiden and the boys throw him a bachelor party.  She also happens to be a vampire and attempts to take a bite out of Josh after smelling that he's a werewolf.  Luckily Aiden is there for him with a stake to save the day.

 Katharine Isabelle (Suzanna Waite)
In a bit of brilliant casting in my honest opinion of the sexiest movie werewolves of all time Katharine Isabelle made her debut during the shows fourth and final season of the series as Aiden's long believed dead wife Suzanna.  As the story when she was believed to have been murdered by the townspeople for harboring a demon (aka Aiden) she was actually saved and turned by the same vampire who turned him.  She became a self hating vampire after she ended up feeding on her own son as her first victim and spent the rest of her life hunting and killing other vampires.  She shows up in Boston finally able to face Aiden and wanting to change him to be more human like.
